Rental Application

You will need the following:

• One application for each adult (18 or older) who will be living at the property
• All applications filled out honestly and completely
• Last two consecutive pay stubs per applicant (talk to us if you have other type of income)
• Driver’s license or other photo ID photocopied front and back for each adult

You will need to meet or exceed basic rental requirements:

• Monthly income greater than or equal to 3X the monthly rent
• No violent criminal or drug manufacturing/distribution convictions for the past 7 yrs
• Complete rental history (residential history if not renting) for the last 3 yrs
• Meet or exceed minimum credit requirements (usually 600 score but some Owners have other criteria)

Prest Realty may accept multiple applications for a property, and the first accepted may not be the one accepted

Applications will NOT be processed until all required documents for all applicants have been submitted

An Application Fee of $40 per application is required before applications can be processed

If accepted for a property, Applicants will need to put up Earnest Money equal to 1st month rent to hold a property.
